What to Bring:

• Comfortable shoes for recreation

• Outerwear appropriate to the season

• Enough clothing to fit into 2 suitcases or large plastic bags

  • If you’re unsure about how to pack for the weather, pack layering options, like T-shirts, sweaters, cardigans, and jackets. Please keep in mind, space in you room is limited, so try not to over pack.

• Swim suit

• Work out clothing and shoes

• Pajamas that adequately cover the body and a bath robe

• Shower shoes or flip flops

• Hygiene products including shampoo, soap, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, alcohol-free mouthwash, shaving supplies

• Alarm clock or wake up devices

• Towel

• Clean Pillow

• Blanket

• A TV (optional) no bigger than 32”

• If you have skin sensitivities, please provide your own laundry detergent

If you have special dietary needs, please let us know prior to admission.

Any prescriptions that your doctor feels you should be taking, please bring them in blister packs.

It would be helpful to have the contact information for a pharmacy that would be able to refill an existing prescription.

Please let staff know if you’re unable bring towel, pillow, blanket, or hygiene products.

What NOT to Bring:

• Drugs or alcohol (obviously)

• Drug paraphernalia

• Clothing items or hats that depict alcohol or drugs (beer logos, pot leaf, ect.)

• A large sum of money

• Pornography (movies, magazines, ect.)

• Weapons or anything that could be considered a weapon

• Candles, incense, air freshener, diffusers 

• Unapproved or previously opened OTC medications

• Workout supplements or protein powders
